The particular layout of the Renault  Clio Sport  V6, with its engine in the mid-rear position, required a complete reworking of the Clio II chassis. New longerons and cross-members have been installed to support the engine and transmission assembly, and the suspension members.

The Renault  Clio Sport  V6 is a supermini produced by the French automaker Renault. Originally launched in 1990, it is currently in its third generation. This led to the car being heavier than before and saw a considerable decrease in acceleration. However the Renault  Clio Sport  V6 still is the most powerful hatchback in the world which was produced from 200 to 2006.
